lgbti-survey

YOUR CHANCE TO TELL US WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR FUTURE END OF LIFE PLANNING

COTA Victoria and Transgender Victoria in conjunction with the National Ageing Research Institute would like to understand the needs and practices of the LGBTI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex) community in regards to end of life and care planning

The future is now: Safeguarding end of life for older LGBTI Victorians

The information you provide about your current knowledge, practices and needs in regards to end of life planning will help Transgender Victoria and COTA Victoria work with the community to co-design information resources which support older LGBTI Victorians to plan around end of life and future care needs
