I am 65 and will be ave pension January next year. Currently I am on new start allowance which is the only income for me and my wife as she is holding provisional spouse visa and not entitled for any government payment. We are living in a rental unit and paying $1148 monthly which we can not afford it with a single Centrelink payment. Therefore, I urge your help by advising me how to get affordable housing.

    With best regards.

I am on the Do Not Call Register, and we still get begging calls. Where can I go to try and stop e-mails from companies wanting to give me free gifts of late – I just delete them, but isn’t there something like Do Not E-mail Me Register similar to Do Not Call Register?

  6. Nicky Barry says:

Hi Hazel. To date there is no such register. We would advise you to remember to opt to “block sender” in addition to deleting the email. This will ensure that the sender will not be able to send you anything else. It is not an entire solution but over time you should notice a decrease in the number of these type of emails you receive.

    Team COTA
