The 2020 Victorian Seniors Festival has been redesigned to get around the restrictions of COVID-19. Without the usual events at Melbourne Town Hall or Federation Square, this year, organisers are bringing the festival direct to you with online performances, Zoom interviews and storytelling. The free travel program that’s part of the festival will be delayed until later
The 2019 Victorian Seniors Festival runs for the month of October. There will be more than 2,500 free or low-cost events hosted across the state. Copies of the festival program are now available online and from Coles supermarkets. During the opening week, there will be an array of activities and special events hosted in Melbourne’s CBD.
