Tacking Epilepsy in Older Adults
COTA Victoria is calling for your participation in a National Epilepsy Research Survey.
International research shows that people 65 years and older are becoming the fastest growing population suffering from Epilepsy. COTA Victoria is working with The Epilepsy Foundation, The National Ageing Research Institute and Benetas aged Services on a three year national research project bounded by the JO & JR Wicking Trust, Helen McPherson Smith Trust & Aged Persons Welfare Foundation. We need to find out what older people understand about epilepsy and how those with it manage their condition. YOUR PARTICIPATION can help us to improve services and support to older people, carers and workers so older people can stay in their own homes.
