Seniors Information (COTA) Victoria provides information sessions to groups throughout Victoria and also in our beautiful office located in the heart of CBD! These sessions are open to public, are free of charge and anyone can participate.

3. Your health records online: learn more

My Health Record is a Government initiative that allows all your important health information to be digitally available in one secure location. Information such as allergies, medical conditions, medications, test or scan reports can be stored on the My Health Record. Having a My Health Record means your doctors, specialists, pharmacists and hospital staff may be able to access your information if they need to, like in an accident or emergency. If you would like more information or clarification, this talk is for you.
4. The Great Getaway: Camping for over 55s!

If you love camping but can’t be bothered wrestling with a tent, come and hear about the camping trips that are organised for you by Australian Camps Association (ASC). ASC has trips and activities specifically designed for people over the age of 55, including lots of outdoor programs with indoor accommodation.
