COTA Victoria has been delivering Peer Education Sessions for over 20 years.

Our Peer Educators are trained volunteers who draw from their lived experiences, delivering information and engaging in discussion on topics that are important to older people.

Information and resources are offered to participants to take home. Resources are provided in English and other languages when available.

Sessions are free of charge and generally run for one hour.

Experienced team of volunteers deliver talks across Victoria to older people, family members, carers and community groups.

Our current topics include:

  • End of Life Conversations including
