FOCUS GROUP PARTICIPANTS NEEDED
We are seeking people interested in participating in a focus group about finding aged care services. We have been approached by CareAbout – a company that aims to help people find the right aged care options. They have asked COTA Victoria to assist them with finding people who can help them to improve the way their services are delivered. Their aim is to develop the best possible contact experience when approaching them through their website or by phone.
If you have experience looking for aged care services (for yourself or a family member), or are about to start looking, CareAbout would love to hear your ideas. You will receive a $50 gift voucher for attending a two-hour focus group on the 9th or 10th April, and reimbursement of any transport costs.
Tuesday 9th April 10am to 12 noon – lunch provided
This session is for carers or family members assisting others.
Wednesday 10th April 11am to 1pm – lunch provided
This session is for older people seeking or receiving home care.
Location: COTA Victoria, Level 4, 533 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne (near William St. and Flagstaff Station).

This project is not related to the COTA Aged Care Navigators which has recently been funded by the Commonwealth Government. COTA does not endorse CareAbout’s services but we are happy to assist companies that are serious about involving older people in the design of their services.
