Are you passionate about community wellbeing and the arts? preview image
With One Voice

To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, Creativity Australia is offering grants of up to $10,000 to people or groups who are wanting to start their own life-changing With One Voice choir.

If you have a passion for bringing people of all walks of life together, for nurturing community spirit and connection, for singing and for changing the world one voice at a time, then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!

Creativity Australia is on the search for people and organisations who:

  • are community movers and shakers
  • are passionate about community wellbeing and the arts
  • want to create meaningful change and a more inclusive and just society.

Local community groups, social businesses and not-for-profits wanting to promote social inclusion and tackle loneliness, isolation, depression and disadvantage in their community are invited to apply.

Applications are open and closing soon!

Applications are now open, but close soon at 5:00 pm, Sunday 30 June 2019. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.

About Creativity Australia

Creativity Australia is building a happier, healthier, more inclusive nation through the life-changing With One Voice program. We bridge the gap between people experiencing disadvantage and those more fortunate through the neuro-scientific benefits of community singing using our innovative social franchise model. Our goal is to have 40 programs operating nationwide by the end of 2020.

In our last funding round, we awarded grants to community choirs in Macedon Ranges (VIC), St Helens (TAS), Redfern (NSW), Ballarat (VIC) and Perth (WA), bringing the total number of choirs in the With One Voice family up to 22.

The movement is more than just singing with your local community choir. It’s an opportunity to create real connections between the diverse people in your community. It’s about building bridges between those who are experiencing disadvantage and those who are more fortunate, and creating opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds and situations to learn from one another and help each other.
