UniSA School of Business is looking at how financial services like banks and insurers connect and communicate with customers, including older customers. They are seeking the insights of our community and are keen to have a friendly conversation with people 65+ to hear your views about how responsive financial institutions are.
Participate in the study
COTA Victoria is assisiting The Plug-in (an arm of COTA South Australia) to recruit Victorian participants for this project. We are looking for 25 participants to take part. To be eligible, you will need to be:
- aged 65 or over
- fully retired
- not from a professional background involving banking, finance, accounting or the like
- available to attend a one hour friendly conversation at the COTA Victoria office in the Melbourne CBD on 28-30 August.
In recognition of your contribution, each participant will receive a $30 Coles Myer gift card and all related travel expenses will be covered.
Now is the perfect time to share your valuable opinions and influence change. Register your interest by emailing us at cotavic@cotavic.org.au. Note that because the study needs a diverse and balanced group of participants, not everyone who registers their interest will necessarily be chosen to participate.
