Tell us your views on Victorian Household Concessions

COTA Victoria is keen to know what you think about the Victorian Government’s Household Concession Program and how well it serves older Victorians.

Your input will help us advocate to the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing on possible enhancements to the program.

We are particularly interested in:

1. How well do the concessions offered meet your needs and the needs of different groups of older people?
2. What changes could improve the eligibility criteria and the types of concessions available?
3. Are there barriers to older people accessing the concessions – including technology issues – and how could this be improved?
