The Victorian Seniors Card program is a free program available to all eligible Victorians.
To be eligible for a Victorian Seniors Card you must:
- be 60 years of age or older
- be an Australian citizen
- live primarily in Victoria.
The Seniors Card program is managed by a Victorian Government team called Seniors Online. This is the point of contact for all issues related to the Seniors Card program, including:
- applications
- changes of address
- replacement cards
- discounts
- cancelling a card.
Most issues, including applications, can be managed quickly via the website. If you do not have access to the website, contact 1300 79 72 10 between 9 am and 2 pm Monday to Friday.
COTA Victoria has recently been made aware of a scam involving a business offering to help people to apply for a Seniors Card for a fee. We remind you that the program is free and that you should not be paying a fee to receive a card or the associated discounts.
