Looking back at my first month as CEO of COTA Victoria, I can’t help but be somewhat overwhelmed by the incredible staff and volunteers that make up this leading not-for-profit organisation representing the interests and rights of people aged 50+ in Victoria.

Is anyone else cold? I think I started last month's newsletter with a similar question. As I type this, I watch the wind and rain (or is it hail?) lash my window and I pause, once again, to reflect on how lucky I am to have a roof over my head and the resources to turn on my heating.

Happy autumn! I can’t believe summer is over and we are now into autumn. It really seems that the days fly past at a faster rate of knots with every passing year.

Spring is here, bringing with it the sunshine and the warmer days. I take great pleasure in my garden. One of the benefits of working from home is getting to enjoy it, along with the other gardens in my neighbourhood.
