Do you have questions about aged care systems and services? Register for a free, 60-minute phone call so we can help you find answers.
Our new Aged Care Navigation Service pilot is designed to fill a growing information gap arising from recent changes to the Aged Care Act and the subsequent provision of independent living aged care services.
As part of this pilot, members of COTA Victoria’s now-closed Care Finder program team will provide free, personalised advice and recommendations to those struggling to find answers regarding aged care systems and services. If you fit that bill, we encourage you to register for a phone call!
One-hour sessions are now available between Monday and Thursday, starting from 13 April 2026. We plan on releasing new appointments in two-week blocks, so please bookmark and revisit this page if needed.
