Each year, COTA Victoria board members are elected for a three-year term. Board members who retire are eligible for re-election, subject to Clause 69 of the Constitution. Nominations are hereby called for the three vacant positions.
The President hereby gives notice that all three Board members retiring have re-nominated for election. They are:

Gregg Nicholls
Graeme Bird
Members wishing to nominate for the Board should do so in writing via a nomination form which can be obtained by calling 9655 2100 and speaking to the Secretary. If the nominees exceed the number of vacancies, we will conduct a postal ballot.
Nominations close at 5.00 pm on 21 October 2020. All nominees and their nominators must be full members of COTA Victoria, as required by our Constitution.
Nomination statements of all nominating members will be available on our website from 23 October, 2020.
