Office closures
The offices of COTA Victoria and Seniors Rights Victoria will be closed between 4.00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 and 10.00 am AEDT on Monday, 5 January 2026.
It is recommended to first make an appointment to visit our offices in early January 2026.

Helpline closures
Our COTA WISE (1300 135 090) and Seniors Rights Victoria (1300 368 821) helplines will also be closed during the following periods:
- COTA WISE information line: Closed between 4.00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 and 10.00 am AEDT on Monday, 12 January 2026. Our COTA WISE email information service will also be unavailable at this time.
- Seniors Rights Victoria helpline: Closed between 12.00 pm AEDT on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 and 10.00 am AEDT on Monday, 5 January 2026.
Who to contact while our Seniors Rights Victoria helpline is closed
1800 RESPECT (1800 737 732) is available for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support people impacted by domestic, family, or sexual violence.
