The City of Darebin’s Beyond Age Exhibition will be launched and exhibited at Northcote Library.
Come and see this celebration of older people, challenging ageism, and creating a community where everyone can age with dignity and respect Through portraits and personal reflections, the exhibition highlights the valuable contributions older people make to our community while raising awareness of elder abuse. The 27 images of people with connections to Darebin show them at two different stages of the life cycle, one as younger adults and one current image. They offer wise words of advice to their younger self about getting older.
