COTA Victoria has made the difficult decision to cease its Living Longer Living Stronger (LLLS) program as of 22 February 2025, meaning this website will no longer provide a list of participating facilities.

We’re proud of the strength and balance training that has been provided to thousands of older Victorians over the last quarter of a century. Moreover, we support former providers continuing to provide evidence-based strength and balance training services for older Victorians, provided it is differentiated from LLLS.

In that spirit, please find videos that you can engage with in your own home.

COTA Victoria continues to retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of the program. Organisations can no longer present themselves as being a licensed provider of LLLS or that they are accredited, licensed or approved by COTA Victoria.

Living Longer Living Stronger

Exercise is important to help us maintain good health, strength and mobility, especially as we age.

All too often, and for all sorts of reasons, we skip a regular exercise program – because we don’t have time, it is too far or too expensive to go to the gym, or it’s cold outside! Rather than miss out altogether, we encourage you to build simple exercises into your daily routine.

Best of all, they don’t need a trained instructor to supervise and they require little or no equipment!
