This session is for older people wanting to understand the common themes of positive ageing and how they impact people as they age.
This session is interactive and includes an opportunity for older people to:
- Explore their health and wellbeing goals.
- Navigate relevant local programs and services.
- Understand other protective factors they have in their lives.
- Understand other health influences they have in their lives.
This session is run in collaboration with Gateway Community Services and is intended for users of its services.
